Gabby’s POV

I hissed in pain trying not to wail as the silver shackles burnt my flesh, searing through it creating fresh scars. New tears rolled down my cheeks as he brought the whip down again and again. I bit down on my lower lip closing my eyes as I tried not to cry out in anguish, that was what he wanted I couldn’t give him the satisfaction.

“You broke my trust Gabby.” He grimaced at me with a frown, “I fed you to a nice breakfast and treated you with less cruelty yet you ran away from me the moment I turned my back on you!”

He threw the whip at me again and my body swung from the harsh impact, “If you had stayed put, I wouldn’t have to treat you this way!”

I didn’t say anything to him. I just hung my head low in silence as blood seeped through my fresh wounds trailing down my body and falling in tiny droplets to the floor.

“You make me behave like a monster.” He grunted before dropping the whip to the floor.

He reached up freeing me from my s
