On her neck was a clear mark of a werewolf. It was red as it was fresh and it was just like what she saw on Shraddha's neck. The shape of teeth was clearly visible. And even though she remembered Arnav watching her neck with appreciation, she, on the other hand, hated it now. For her, it was a gruesome scar now....something that had marred her skin forever. How would she expose her neck in the future now? How embarrassing it would be? She wondered. Above all, She hated the fact that this mark would always remind her of her status now....that she is nothing more than a puppet for the person who was outside waiting for her. It would always haunt and mock her about her lost freedom. It would always remind her about her virginity taken away forcefully. It would always make her pity her fate......always.

Why God? She looked above in the direction of the sky in hopes of sharing her grief with the Almighty.
