Chapter 28

Aadhira immediately tightened her grasp on Arnav's hand that he was holding. She would later scold herself for acting so pathetically. But, right now, she wanted some support. and the only person who could provide it was the person standing beside her.

Arnav responded to her nervousness by lightly squeezing her palm in order to encourage her. He still did not understand why she was so scared of the King anyway. But, nonetheless, if the King's presence made her come closer to him, he had no problem in inviting him again and again.

"Arnav! How are you, son?" The King's heavy voice boomed in the whole hall and she felt like crying. The King brought his hand forward in order to hug him and Arnav couldn't be happier.
