Shraddha came back when Aadhira was taking bath. Meanwhile, she talked to Veronica whom she found a very friendly and down-to-earth kind of person.

When Aadhira came back, Veronica left to make coffee for them.

"She is a good girl." Shraddha stated. Aadhira nodded.

"How was the interrogation with the police?" She asked.

"Not what I had expected. They were more interested in the politics of Werewolf land than us. For once, I wanted to tell them to go and buy a book on them but refrained. Can't really say anything against them in their own land." She said with a chuckle.

"You look quite comfortable. " Aadhira noticed.

Shraddha sighed.

"It's not like that. It's just that people here are treating me better than there. They listen to me." She said.

Aadhira knew why she stressed the word 'listen'. In King Nicolas' rule, humans ideas were never valued unless they
