"Oh, no. There’s no problem on the agency’s end. It’s just on our end. We’re actually not husband and wife, but best friends." Being the spokesperson, Evan explained what happened.
Asty gaped and said, “Gosh. I think you really are husband and wife since you look alike.”
To Evan, the remark sounded hilarious, but to Grace, the embarrassment only grew. Now she wasn't even sure she could handle this awkward situation.
“In that case, can you help with reserving another room? It doesn't have to be the same type." Evan asked for help, understanding that she seemed uncomfortable sleeping in the same room with him.
Asty scratched his temple. “Unfortunately, this is high season. So all rooms are reserved until Sunday. I'm sorry," she told him. "But if you two are best friends, it shouldn't be too awkward to sleep in the same room, right?"
