Emma

The moment we enter the training grounds I’m instantly on high alert. The place is rammed full of wolves, I think the whole Pack may be here and I know that whatever is going on is not good. What the fuck has happened now?

“Emma, come up here and bring Alex with you, please, Princess.” My dad’s mind link echoes through my mind and I quickly grab Alex to let him know dad wants us up on the stage with the rest of my family. Alex quickly takes off in front of me but the place is so rammed that it’s hard to break through everyone.

Alex looks back at me but there’s already a fair bit of distance between us. He stops walking while I catch up to him then he grabs my hand and starts walking towards the stage and pulling me along with him.

“Is this ok?” he links me and I know he’s talking about him holding my hand. He turns to look at me and I nod my head with a small smile that he quickly returns before he pushes his way through the last of the crowd and
