I raised my hand, and I saw a hint of a smile from Ashlene. Perhaps she didn’t expect that I would raise my hand on something like this.
“Yes, Mr. Dionzon? Are you willing to buy the car of Mr. Kobi?”
Everyone’s eyes were on me. Just like what I wanted.
Everyone else was sitting down, and the only people standing were me and Ashlene. I imagined what it would be like if it was on paper, on the front page. I kind of have an idea of what it’s going to look like.
But that moment, it’s all that mattered. It was all I ever noticed and took note of.
