Chapter 33. Spotted

I see Pinky running, I really don't know if having a pet right now is the best thing to do, lately, I don't pay attention to her, my mind is in another world. I have never imagined myself without her, she has been my companion for a long time, but all these changes are stealing my life and of course my attention... I don't know what to do with my little girl, I'm afraid she might fall into derision if I don't do something first.
The doorbell rings, God, I didn't know there was a doorbell, they ring one more time, I wait for it to stop but nothing. I get out of bed and go downstairs and open the door. Very welcoming green eyes look at me in disbelief. It's a lady in her late sixties or so, with short Chinese hair.
"Hello," I greet her.
"She murmurs in a sweet voice" I'm the housekeeper-and then I remember what that lady told me the other time about replacing another lady and I don't know what else.
