Chapter 72. Anguish

Barry decided it was a good idea to sell the old house and buy a new one for our daughters' comfort. We both picked it out...when that happened it felt pretty good, as it was a day and night search, looking at real estate pages and such. At night, we slept looking at pictures of the most beautiful houses. When we finally liked one, we decided to go and see it, because something told us that the pictures didn't do it justice. And so it was when we entered through those gigantic dark pine wood doors... I felt that this was my house. It didn't take a minute after that to realize that that house was to be ours, that's where we were to stay and watch the girls grow up. The price for Barry was not the problem, nor the location, nothing stopped us from buying that beautiful house with which we both decided to start over. A house without the ghosts of the past, just the two of us and our daughters, Jania and Janne.
