Chapter 28

"Sorry for making you travel so early."

It's four in the morning, and I'm sure I look like death, but I try to be friendly and smile at Hyun-suk as we walk together with our suitcases.

"It's okay," I say, yawning.

We check our bags and head to the airport's waiting area. I take the opportunity to check the numerous messages from my friends that I hadn't seen yet.

"Do you want anything?" Hyun-suk asks.

"Sleep," I reply with a smile.

"Do you want to nap on my shoulder?"

"The invitation is tempting, but we'll be boarding soon. I'd rather wait to sleep at home."

"Are you going to visit your grandmother today?"

"Do you want me to come with you?"

"If you're free, that's fine, but I don't want to bother you."
