Zedekiel's gaze snapped up, shooting Talon a withering glare. “You promised to stay silent.” He said quietly.

Talon, however, only smirked and continued in a hushed but teasing tone. "You're gonna take a bath before we go down to the dungeons, right? Because, honestly, you reek of sex. You two just reunited. Couldn’t you wait a little before jumping the poor guy? Jeez, you Elves have no self-control whatsoever."

"Yeah, like you phoenixes do.” Zedekiel scoffed, shifting slightly but still keeping a protective presence by Prince Ron’s side. “If Alaric were to tell you he loves you and strip naked right now, you're telling me you wouldn't jump him?"

"Hey, you do not get to play that card!” Talon frowned, his arms tightening over his chest. “Besides, my situation is different. Alaric and I haven’t been together for decades!"
