One year later...

It was like any other day when Eve would walk into the ward of her husband, Allan Watson. Eve never got tired of visiting him every day and it had been one year. 

Allan had never regained consciousness after surgery on his leg and skull which turned out to have deep wounds, resulting in trauma.

Eve still remembers what the doctor who treated Allan said a few days after the surgery, "It is with great regret that we have to inform you that Mr Allan Watson is most likely in a coma and...has paralysis in his right leg. I'm sorry, but we tried...but..."
