Chapter 99. Robert's Plea to Eve

Everyone was shocked when they saw their grandfather pounding on the dining table. Everyone automatically fell silent.

"I said sit down and finish your breakfast! Don't you respect me anymore, huh?" the grandfather shouted angrily.

Allan, who was about to leave, was forced to sit back in his chair. Eve rubbed Allan's shoulder to calm him down, because Allan was still in a state of anger because of his older half-sister's words.

"Never mind, it's better to sit down and have breakfast in peace. Poor grandpa. At least respect him a little, Okay?" Eve said softly.

Allan turned to look at Eve, nodded slightly and chose to remain silent. Eve knew that Allan loved his grandfather very much, and Allan would do anything to make his grandfather happy. That's what Eve likes about Allan, his love for his family, his only grandfather, is obvious.
