Chapter 59

Alicia finally closed her laptop after working on it for hours! She heaved a deep breath, stood up and stretched her body, she could literally hear her bones crack and it felt so good, although she was having a splitting headache after putting some chapters of her new book together. All she wants to do right now was take some pain killers and go to bed, but she needs to go pick up Diane from school, she would have asked May to help her out, but then May won't be getting off work until late at night, she can't have her daughter stay in school for that long.

She took her coffee mug and gulped down the whole content, then she walked sluggishly to the bathroom to take a quick shower before leaving.

When Alicia was done with her bath, she dressed up and left the house.
