Chapter 62

Alicia and Diane finally arrived home, she got out of her car and went to help Diane out next.

"Why did we have to leave Mommy? I wanted to stay and play with Uncle Adams for a little bit longer." Diane whined.

"Then would you prefer to go live with him too?" Alicia asked.

Diane thought about this for a little while, then she shook her head. "Although I really like Uncle Adams a lot, I don't wish to live with him Mommy, you're the only one I want to stay with." She smiled, she then raised her hands up, asking Alicia to pick her up.

Alicia smiled as she carried her in her arms, Diane then hugged her. "I love you so much Mommy, and I never want to leave your side, I'm going to be with you for the rest of my life, just me and you Mommy, Just us and Aunt May, we'll all be together forever and ever." Diane said happily.

If only the little girl knew the effect her words had on her mother.

"Just the three of us Diane, forever and ever." Alicia repeated softly.<
