Chapter 45. At the Office

It was Monday a new week and the awkwardness of what had happened last night was still fresh in my mind I didn’t know how to cope with the way I was feeling as I was headed outside I found that Lewis was following me and urged that we went with his car I didn’t want to and I couldn’t refuse because we were going the same way and I had booked an Uber before going out so the estimated time was five minutes hence I had to cancel u was happy when he said he wanted to go take a file from his study and I could wait in the car.

I made a run for it as I ran and out the gate I was I left the key at the table and my under was right on time as I entered and we started my trip.

As my trip began I found a miscall from Lewis I understood he had come and didn’t find me at the entrance where he wanted me to be.

So he had given me calls I decided to behave as though I haven’t seen it and got to the office before him.
