“You two are late.” Chloe said dryly.

Her father gave her a look.

“Sorry for the wait,” Charlotte said sweetly, smiling wide. “We went out on a fun park date… it was so sweet, right, baby?”

He blinked, then chuckled.

“Pardon me, I got lost for a second in your gaze. Why are you so beautiful?”
