Darius’s POV
“He’s been meeting up with the new advisors, probably trying to gain favor with them,” Etan informed me.
I scoffed, “Nickolas has always been an idiot. It’s never a surprise to see him make bad moves.”
“Rodolfo left just after you did; he is yet to return,” he added.
“Anything else?”
“No, Elektra’s been her usual self. Minding her business and all.”
“Because she’s waiting for the rest of us to kill ourselves, then she’ll strike.”
Elektra was a walking danger, waiting for her opponents to eliminate themselves before she faced the last man standing.
“Keep trying to find more news about the rebels,” I instructed, dismissing him.
