I carried the tray of food and walked towards Easton's room downstairs. His room was transferred here due to the fact that he couldn't ascend upstairs with his wheelchair. I knocked on the door, while balancing the tray with the other hand.

The door was pulled open by Molly, and she was glaring at me as I entered the room. I saw Easton sitting on the bed, and he was shirtless. I don't want to think that they're doing something. Maybe, his nurse was just helping him to change his shirt.

''Hi…'' I smiled as I made my way to the desk and put down the tray on top of it. He didn't respond. He just stared at me, his face was emotionless.
