Chapter 155

Sofia’s POV

We sat by patiently waiting for Fernando and Maria to wake up. Leo made sure they were knocked out after they realized things weren’t what they had thought. Once they arrived a few of Sterling’s men brought them in and tied them up into the two chairs we had on standby. Fernando was on the left of Gabriel and Maria was on his right.

About twenty minutes after their arrival Maria and Fernando woke up. Both of their eyes were wide as they looked around the building. The shock only seemed to intensify as their eyes landed on Sterling and me, together. The panic on their faces was priceless.

“What the hell is going on?” Maria sneered as she looked at Sterling and me.

“You were tricked, Grandmother. What’s it look like?” Gabriel answered while making the annoyance in his voice clear.
