I’m already married to this man. We have a child on the way.

I tell myself this repeatedly, but for some reason, I’m still a nervous wreck as my mother attaches the long floral veil to my hair. It’s so stunning, with real flowers weaved throughout its lacy embroidery, reaching all the way down to the floor and covering the train of my gown.
