CRYSTINA’S POV

After I was able to escape from Luka’s stronghold, I ran to my room to calm myself down. My heart was beating like a bitch from how close we were. It’s been a while since he held me like that and my stupid heart couldn’t take it. I got ready for class even though I knew I would be getting there late again. As I was having breakfast, the wannabe Luna, Mellissa walked into the dining area with a glare on her face, and that glare was directed at me.

“Have you given Luka his meal?” She asked Mary. Mellissa was already parading herself as the new Luna of Moon Valley Pack both in the mansion and around the pack.

“He rejected your meal, Mellissa,”
