‘Ashira! Are you alright? Did they hurt you?’

I know that’s a foolish question and I already knew the answer to that. Fuck. I still wanted to know how Elon harmed her with the thought of revenge. I’ll definitely do the same thing that that fucker did to my mate, ten folds.

I felt her relief through our mate bond. The connection has come back, I can sense her presence within me. I can feel her emotions, her scent is only faint due to the distance but she’s there. I can feel her.

I sighed and smiled to myself. She’s so happy that she’s pregnant and I’m on the seventh heaven. Over the moon even, euphoric about having a child and starting a family with her. I feel like I just found the purpose of living.
