Chapter 150. Amber’s Fall

Annoyed that nothing could be done to save her pride, Amber shouted angrily. With quick steps, she headed for the exit.

Because of too angry, the lady did not notice the yellow board near the door. In just a few step, her heels slipped and she landed on the floor. Laughter suddenly echoed through the lobby.

"Shut up!" the woman rebuked while holding back tears to keep the make up dry. Her face had turned red with embarrassment and anger.

In a hurry, Amber tried to get up. However, her heels were too pointy. Instead of standing up straight, she slipped and hit the floor again. The women's screams grew louder.

"Need help, Miss?" the employee that Amber had wanted to spit on, asked.

Snorting, the haughty woman was forced to accept a helping hand. However, after managing to stand up, instead of thanking the employee, Amber walked like a robot towards the door. She didn't want to be a spectacle any longer.

"God damn it! Who did this?” she grumbled
