Chapter 47. Trying to Fight Back
Gabriella's irritation spontaneously multiplied. She was not only furious because she was treated arbitrarily, but also hated her heart which was starting to beat wildly.
“Since when did I become such a pitiful woman?” Gabriella thought as she closed her eyes for a moment. “This man must have poisoned my mind too.”
Max could no longer stand still. Every now and then, his body was pulled forward, making the woman in front of him getting desperate.
"Okay! I will trace the pattern,” Gabriella exclaimed, finally giving in. "Are you satisfied?"
"Almost," the faintly smiling man answered. A second later, he helped his wife back up and straightened her clothes.
