Extra II. Black Clouds

Again, Mister Hunt's gaze was dreamy. Every now and then, the old man let out a quick sigh, hoping the burden on his shoulders could be reduced. But unfortunately, the air around him was dragged along by gravity—so heavy and suffocating.

“What are you thinking, Grandpa?” Julian asked as he sat down beside Mister Hunt.

Noticing the presence of his grandson, the old man blinked with raised eyebrows. After freezing the brief silence, he let out a much heavier sigh. Mister Hunt realized that he would not have his own space.

“Is there something weighing on your mind? Please don’t hesitate to tell me," the grandson coaxed in a gentle tone.

Lazy to make excuses, Mister Hunt was forced to tell the truth. "I am thinking about your grandmother."

"Do you miss her?" Julian asked, half whispering.

No longer able to contain the sadness, the old man's eyes slowly began to well up. Reality had hurt his sight and heart.

"So much," Mister Hunt replied
