"Okay. Then, have you seen my father?" the toddler replied, shaking his body as if his legs were not yet strong.
With knife in hand, Greta pointed toward the backyard. “Your father is doing something with Julian at the place we had the party last night. Would you like to wish him good morning too?”
Without a second thought, Cayden lifted his chin. "Yes. The first thing to do after getting up in the morning is to say hello to Mom and Dad. That way, today will be a beautiful day.”
Curling up her lips, Greta glanced at Mia. "Isn't your nephew very sweet?"
"Yes. Before Grace was born, he was the one who brought the greatest happiness in my life,” Mia said as she placed the cups on the tray.
