Shasta was at the house before 7:30. "We need materials for an Alaskan King bed frame, Julia. I want to start today. Soon as we get the stuff, I start working on it through lunch, stay as late as you let me stay to keep working on it."

"They said everything will be here by two. You'll be able to start on it tonight. When are you going to have your surgery done?"

"I don't know if Reneé's and Janet's Masters will give them the extra time. You can check with them yourself, but I'll give anyone else who wants to help time and a half on their wages for two hours each night, until seven.
