I showed her the remote. "The top button is the electric stimulation button. Hold it for three seconds to turn it on. Push it again to go to a higher intensity charge. It has five levels of intensity. They recommend starting at the lowest level every time you use it, and work up to higher levels. Go only as high as you can tolerate. I don't want to use it as a torture device.

"The middle button is the vibration button. It starts vibrating when you hold it down for three seconds both for off and on. The bottom button is for an overall on/off switch. It shuts off whatever is running at the time; e-stim, vibrations or both. The vibration portion should work like the Silhouette except not as many levels. You can have both going at the same time.
