Chapter 103. Misunderstanding Everything

Brooklyn couldn’t go anywhere and she was glad that they held the parties on the sprawling grounds of the mansion itself. She attended for a few minutes and then returned to her room. They were crazy parties, and she hardly knew anyone apart from Gia, Amy and her family, Ryder and Brandon.

Brooklyn had gained her strength and packed up to leave for Brandon’s house after the wedding. They shifted her own stuff and some of the baby stuff the night before. Although Amy’s family insisted that she stay back, Brooklyn was adamant that she would leave.

“Yeah, before that stock up with these things we will need, Brand,” she said, handing him a list of essential items that they would need. They had little money to splurge and the twins would have to be accommodated in Brooklyn’s room.
