FEYRE

I'm shivering hard, my teeth chattering against each other.

The flimsy material that covers me does nothing to protect me from the cold. The crackling fire in front of me feels like it is more of a picture than anything.

"Are you sure you'll be fine?" the soft voice asks from beside me on the cold hard ground.

I twist my neck to the side, getting rewarded with the beautiful side view of Anika. She looks younger, more innocent here, than back at the pack.
