Chapter 28

"What's wrong, Nelly?" Amon asked.

"I don't know what's happening but my stomach Amon…it's hurting." Nelly's response put it in Amon that she needed medical attention immediately. 

"Amanda! Amanda!" Amon called her so she could be aware of what was going on.

Amanda rushed down only to find Nelly in a very distressing mood. There was no time to make decisions like 'what hospital they would go to - if it was expensive or affordable'

Amon had to carry Nelly on his body because she could barely stand, not to talk of walking on her own. 

They got to the hospital ten minutes later and Nelly was placed on emergency watch by the Doctor. 

"Who is she to you?" The Doctor asked Amon. 

"She is um…she is my wife, Doc!" 

Amanda was shocked when Amon posed as Nelly's husband. She was surprised, yes, but she still chose to remain silent. She didn't show any objection in front of the Doctor. In fact, when the Doctor asked who s
