Shannon, who was having a facial treatment at a beauty salon, was also shocked when she heard the news. “I’ll go home and ask Channing right away!”

Shannon called Channing to ask about the bidding. Channing sounded a little impatient, “Why are you meddling with this? This is the decision of the city council.”
