After seeing that his father was unharmed, Elliot breathed a sigh of relief.

“Dad, you just had surgery, don’t talk too much,” Elliot said softly.

“Mhmm.” Reece nodded.

Ever since Elliot came in, he hasn’t even glanced at her. Serena couldn’t help but feel uncomfortable and a little panicked, afraid that he might blame her for something.

“Dad needs to rest, let’s go talk outside,” Elliot turned to Lannie as Reece closed his eyes.

Afterwards, Elliot, Lannie, and Serena all left the ward.

Elliot instructed Walter to take a few accompanying personnel to wait outside.

Afterwards, Elliot turned his head and asked, “What’s going on? How did Dad suddenly get hit by a car?”
