Chapter 17. Sister-in-Law

Zach witnessed everything with his eyes and mouth wide open. It happened so fast that he didn't have time to react until his brother's car zoomed off, and then he broke out of his trance.

 "What just happened?" he uttered perplexedly and quickly entered his own car, following the direction that his brother's car took.

When he reached the City's hospital, which was the biggest hospital in Country Z, he saw his brother rushing inside the tall hospital building with the unconscious girl in his hands, anxiety clearly evident on his face as if he was about to lose something valuable. He did not even allow the nurses to put her on a stretcher.

Zach was baffled. Since they were young, his brother had always been a cold person and didn't show any emotion, no matter how intense the situation was.
