Chapter 59

We arrived at the reservoir at exactly eleven o'clock in the afternoon, the sun was shining brightly making me reluctant to get out of the car. Even though the beautiful view is indeed pleasing to the eye, my skin still feels like it will throb if I sit on a bench under a large tree that stands straight on the edge of the reservoir.

Lyon turned to me and said, “Come on down, what are you waiting for?”

"How about we just talk in the car, don't you see how hot it is like this? And soon it will be twelve o'clock in the afternoon, the sun will definitely get hotter, I don't want my skin to blister!" I exclaimed while rubbing my arms together.

Lyon didn't seem to pay attention to my words, he shook his head and immediately opened the car door and walked out towards the bench under the tree.

“Ouch! "It's hard to go out with a man, but I'm willing to bet that Brian won't like this hot weather either," I muttered, I finally gave in and complied with Lyon's request.
