15 years later…

“Where is Uncle Jax, Dad?” Xel asked Ty.

“He hasn’t arrived yet, dear. Why don’t you go out and hang out with your friends?” he gently suggested.

“But what if Uncle Jax comes when I am out playing,” the cute dragon girl pouted.

“I will call you, princess when he comes,” Ty chuckled at his adorably beautiful daughter and kissed her on the forehead before going to his mate’s office.

“Ok Dad!” Xel chirped and jumped out of the library window to secretly dance like her Dy along the rocky beach.

As soon as the stealthy teenager’s feet touched the ground, she noticed frequent rings of smoke disappear in circles round the corner.

Who’s out there puffing a cig so heavily, Xel thought and crept slowly round the corner only to bump into a shocked Jax!

“WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?” they both asked at the same time.
