Chapter 38. Baby Factory

Jax’s POV

“Don’t be a baby, Kai,” Mom sternly said as she slapped Kai’s arm at the breakfast table. “Stop punishing your mate and get over it. They were just automobiles!!” She exasperatedly exclaimed. “Be thankful that they were able to avert the Amber Alpine disaster with minimum damage,” she chided.

“No Mom! They were my babies!!” he whined and tears started welling up in his eyes again. So dramatic. Ughh. Makes one think that he lost a person. Asshole. “How can I forget them?!” Kai sobbed while using the hundredth tissue which a pink and red Ty handed out. “They were my cute little babies,” he cried out.

They were huge death machines!!

Poor Ty bore most of the brunt of Kai’s fury yesterday and he looked like a pink pig with red spots all over and I must say that I can never un-see what I saw- it was absolutely horrifying.

I am scarred for life while Ty literally is. Lol.
