Dante’s POV

When an utterly nailed, glowing Joy joined us for breakfast along with her handsome, sleep muddled bed buddy, my rage towards him spiked a thousand fold.

The man had a sexed out face with weary eyes and wore only a set of low waisted pyjamas. If it were not for my simmering temper, I would have appreciated that bare chest of his with deeply ridged abs on wide display.

A pang of jealousy shot through my mates’ hearts, clearly evident from their actions as they quickly pulled me close to them.

“You surely know how to pick them,” Rowland mindlinked as he eyed Zane with hostile eyes.

“He misread his crazy-o-meter, ok? Give our poor baby a break,” Bella said through the mate link and it was nothing short of condescending and disapproving in tone.

“Zane is not that bad,” I indignantly said, torn between punching the guy or defending him in front of my mates.

“Did you break up with Zane?” Rowland asked.

“No, we are still to
