Chapter 45. Training

Zoe’s POV

I woke up fairly early in the morning at 4 am.

It had become a habit of mine to wake up early and train before the others woke up.

So, I crept out of the pack house and went to the woods to train.

I didn’t notice the presence behind me until a male deep, soothing voice said,

“You need to control your mind first, child. The power to feel and express lies in your mind. Open it up to all kinds of vibrations. Train it to be under your control completely.”

“Master!” I bowed my head with folded hands as I saw the Ancient Master appear before me.

“This is not the place to train. Come with me. I will show you the way,” he said in a gruff voice.

“Yes Master!” I bowed my head and followed him.

He led me to the Silver Bow Waterfalls and asked me to get into the river by the bank and hold my left leg above the right knee and balance myself while keeping my arms folded above my head and concentrate at the center of my forehea
