Chapter 24. Revelations

Kai’s POV

Dinner was always like a Christmas family reunion and now that Dad Talon was back after a long time, my mom and her six mates, Samantha, Ty and his Dads and sister, Uncle Draven and his wife- Aunt Maelis and lastly, Aunt Nyssa were having dinner together.

“Mom, did you see Kai’s waist?” Samantha giggled and I almost choked on my food.

Why the hell would she say that? Brat.

“No, I didn’t. Why?” Mom answered and placed a spoonful of food in her mouth while eyeing at us curiously.

“You should totally see his sexy wais- ummfph,” I cut off Samantha by stuffing a piece of bread in her mouth and I glared at her to shut up.

“Mom, I wanted to ask you a question,” Ty asked.

“Go ahead, son,” she said.

“Do you mind if I take Kai to a special place tonight?” he nervously asked for permission, making me narrow my eyes.

Where would he like to take me at this hour?

“And when do you plan to send him back home?” she asked.
