Kai’s POV

As expected I caught up with him effortlessly but surprisingly he gave me a tough fight in the race and I was mighty impressed how he had trained his wolf to become one of the fastest of its kind.

“You greedy asshole! How could you do this to me?” I punched him on his temples as I flung myself on his back taking a piggy back ride on him.

“Ok ok ok. I am sorry, dude. Relax,” he said and I calmed down while leaning my cheeks at the nape of his neck and he instantly wrapped his hands securely around me behind him while I wrapped mine around his neck.

“Did you watch me often?” I quietly asked after some time. He knew I was still talking about my secret meditating and trance dancing sessions.

“Yes. Every time you went, I would settle myself in the resort behind you and watch you,” he softly replied.

“You didn’t tell me,” I complained in a whisper.

“I didn’t want you to get conscious. I wanted to be your silent admirer,” he replie
