“What is it?” Jared asked as he noticed the strange stillness that had come over Myla.

Myla quickly swiped the anonymous message away from her screen before looking up.

“Nothing,” she said lightly, forcing out a laugh and shaking her head. “It’s just text from a crazy person trying to stir up drama where there is none.”

Beck frowned immediately, looking up from his laptop. “Someone messaged you privately?”

“Relax,” she said, waving him off. “It’s just internet nonsense. People suddenly think they know our lives because of one picture.”

Jared’s jaw tightened. “What did they say?”

Myla rolled her eyes dramatically. “Oh, you know. The usual.” She shrugged. “I’ll just pay it no mind.”

Beck chuckled, making them look at him.
