Chapter 21

“Okay, Ice, make the call,” Jax ordered.

Ice made the call to their brother in the FBI. He had a team on standby, ready to go in to rescue Raine. Forty-five minutes later, they raided Marty’s estate. Jax was pacing back and forth.

“What the fuck is taking so damn long?!” Jax growled.

“They have to be thorough, brother. Patience, we’re in the home stretch now,” Ice explained.

Finally, an hour later, they saw the FBI bring Marty out in handcuffs and put him in the back of a police car. Jax finally let out a sigh of relief and ran for the house. The rest of the guys hung back, out of the way and out of sight.
