Dustin's POV 

We spent over an hour there, talking to them and making sure they were doing something worthy of the celebration we wanted to have. I was here, thinking that since we are just doing the celebration for show, not even for show, but it happened because we needed a lie for the vampire brothers. 

I was thinking much work would not be put to the party, but Austin was outdoing himself here. He was making sure everything was perfect and well, I am shocked. 

"Why do you have to make everything so perfect?" I ask him.  

"Can't you see? It started as a lie, but it has metamorphosed into a chance. Not just to prove that we are still buddies with our vampire brothers, but we are also going to celebrate Alexa and her child's life. We will also celebrate the exit of Alexia from our lives." He says.
