Hailen was back, and she was with a lot of towels, an empty bowl, and a thick ash blanket. I wanted to sigh in gratitude, but I couldn’t, not yet. There was a more pressing matter causing heartburn at the moment, and I needed answers. Not answers that were as vague as Zara’s but a clear, precise one that would clarify things up for me.
