Chapter 68. Richard’s Plan
“I know, Richard. You should have killed me back then,” Juan replied in a low, deep voice.
His eyes stared at Richard with a gaze filled with hurt and loathing. If only Juan had died that day, he would not have experienced the suffering of being a bloodthirsty vampire. Richard didn’t know how Juan suffered when he first became a vampire. He had to kill humans without being able to control himself.
Juan even accidentally killed his entire family that night because he foolishly returned home. He still remembered how they almost turned into vampires, and Juan had to kill them before they really became vampires.
Juan immediately turned around because the memory hurt him deeply. Even though he was very sad, he couldn’t cry, and it was excruciating. This dead body was no longer able to produce tears, so any pain could not be released anymore. Juan could only harbor it forever, turning into a deep hatred for an alpha werewolf, Richard Lerroy.
