Haley’s POV

I have been thinking about Ivan's proposal.

What did he really mean that he needs to marry me?

Ooh God please help me to make the right decisions.

I have been stitted to the chair next to mom's bed waiting for her to get up. I feel as if I am a bad daughter. How could I have not noticed that she was getting worse?

I did not realise that I was crying till I felt someone squeezing my hands and I looked up.

"Mom, are you finally awake? Let me go and call the doctor." I said to her and she nodded her head.

I walked outside the room. Luckily, Dr. Yvonne was coming out of the opposite room.

"What is it Haley?" She asked.

"Mom is finally awake," I said.

"Ooh. Let us give and check on her okay?" She said and I just nodded my head.

We walked back to the room.

"How are you feeling Halima?" She asked mom.

"Better," she answered as a whisper.

"Do not worry too much. You will get well
