Chapter 243. Captured

My heart was pounding so hard that I felt like it could be heard in the room. My back was literally against the wall and I stared into the cold eyes of the blonde girl. She seemed so calm and collected and that made me even more nervous. 

“Why do you think that I have the footage? Did you see me with it?” She asked, keeping her strong gaze on me. 

I took in a deep breath and let it out slowly. “I need to leave,” I said as I tried to walk away but she stepped in front of me. 

“You’re not going anywhere, omega. Not until you tell me what you know.” 

“Wow,” I said while shaking my head. “You really are a villain. You know, at first, I thought the bad guy here was Darco. I really did. That is how our pack has painted him for everyone for years. But he’s not. He’s really not.” 

“Are you high or something? Rue, I don’t have the footage. If I had it, why would I just sit back and allow Zach’s position as Alpha of the pack to be taken from him
