Chapter 28. This Meeting Is Irrelevant

They finally arrived at school and Kaylee got down from the car slowly. Kavinsky got down as well and they walked together into the hallway. 

Vanessa appeared all of a sudden and grabbed Kavinsky's arm in her hand. She passed it over her shoulder so that he was holding her under his armpit, it looks intimate to her.

She pecked his cheek and looked at Kaylee's face. Kaylee rolled her eyes at her as she turned to leave. 

'He did not even like the peck', Kaylee shrugged 

"We had a great practice yesterday, didn't we Kaylee?", Vanessa stopped her from walking away with her voice. 

Kaylee turned halfway back to the position she was in before.

"Yeah? I am sure it was since I struggled to get out on my own and called out loudly for help", Kaylee blurted out of anger.

But instead of the amused look that was supposed to be on Vanessa's face, she panicked. Kaylee had just said that in front of Kavinsky. What if he gets the hint? Wh
